This regulation on privacy describes how we treat your personal information. We collect, use and share personal data to enable the site www.lavcam.net to function properly and protect it (for details see below). In other words, LAVCAM is the "controller" of your personal information. This Regulation will apply from May 1st 2018.

Collection: The information posted on LAVCAM are of course available to the public. Our hosts are in the European Union. So if you want to provide us with personal information, you agree that they shall be transferred and stored on our hosting in Europe. We collect and store the following information:

E-mail address and sometimes (depending on the type of service used), financial information;

Connection data, statistics on the consultation pages, traffic to and from LAVCAM and data concerning advertisements (via cookies - you can disable cookies on your browser, although this could have an impact on the opportunity to access the site);

Other information, including the IP address of the user and the standard information blog (web log).

Use: We use the personal information of users to:

Resolve disputes, collect our committees and identify problems;

Encourage a safe and enforce our regulations;

Benefit from the experience of our users, measure interest in our services and inform users about our services and their updating;

Using information from LAVCAM: You can use the personal information from LAVCAM only to continue your communication with a user about an ad, not to send unsolicited commercial communications, or to collect personal information about a person who has not given its agreement in this regard.

Access, modify, and delete: You can view, edit or delete your personal information by visiting your ad. Contact customer service info@lavcam.net to access personal information that we store but is not directly accessible on LAVCAM. It is possible that you need to pay for such request, to the extent permitted by law. We delete personal information when we no longer need for the reasons mentioned above. We keep certain information in accordance with the law and to resolve disputes, enforce our laws, and prevent the return of users offenders.

Security: We use many tools (encryption, passwords, physical security measures) to protect your personal data against the access or unauthorized communication. However, as you probably know, there is no perfect protection. We therefore do not guarantee this.

Miscellaneous: We could renew this regulation at any time, any updates that come into force on the date of the first two events of the following will happen:
(a) during the first ad you're running after the update or
(b) 30 days after the update.
